SCOTT CANNON-DIRECTOR
Scott has been involved in soccer as a player and coach for over 25 years. As a player at the University of Evansville, he led the #1 ranked Division I team to the Final Four. In addition, he was named All-American, Male Athlete of the Year and ultimately inducted into the Hall of Fame. As a 10-year professional soccer player, he was recognized with such honors as All-Rookie, All-Star, Defensive Player of the Year and Team Captain while playing in the MLS, A-League, and the NPSL. At the International level, Scott has represented the United States National Team on 3 different continents in various competitions including the World University Games in England and the President's Cup in South Korea. In addition to his extensive playing career, Scott has a proven track record coaching at the premier, high school, collegiate and professional levels while also directing and coaching soccer camps and clinics throughout the country for the past 17 years. Scott currently serves as a staff coach for the Rhode Island State Youth Soccer Association. He has his USSF "B" License, USSF National Youth License and NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.
MARTYN HOLLANDS-DIRECTOR
Martyn has played and coached semi-pro soccer in England and is a EUFA and USSF licensed coach. In addition to coaching with Elite National Soccer, Martyn coaches several Division I Massachusetts Premier Club Teams while simultaneously serving as the head of player development for that program.
MIKE GREULICH-ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Mike Greulich played collegiately as a goalkeeper at Providence College from 1999-2002. At PC Mike was a three time Big East Academic All Star. Mike currently coaches with Black Watch Premier Soccer Club for the U-11's and U-17's. He is also an ODP staff coach for the 1993-1994 age group. Mike has been very active coaching with Elite National Soccer helping coach and direct many camps and academies.

JOE WALEJKO - Joe come to ENS with a wealth of experience at all levels of the game. Joe competed successfully at the club, high school and collegiate levels. Since his playing days in college, Joe has dedicated himself to coaching soccer professionally at Stoneybrook University, Assumption College, Black Watch Premier, Barrington Youth Soccer and Elite National Soccer. Joe is well-known for his ability to get the most out of his players while still keeping the game enjoyable.
HUGH MCCRACKEN - Hugh is one of the most decorated and well-respected youth coaches in New England. Having guided many teams to MA State Championships, Coach Hugh's teams are known for their stylistic approach to the game as well as their strong individual ball skills. In addition, Hugh is a master technician with regard to bringing out the inner-dribbler in the youngest players.
JAMES WILLIAMSON> James has the ideal youth soccer coach background. He played premier and college soccer, has a degree in middle school physical education and has acquired several youth coaching licenses. Over the past several years, James has honed his coaching skills with Black Watch Premier, RI ODP and many camps across the New England Region.
JOE DUTRA - Joe Dutra comes to ENS with a wealth of soccer knowledge having coached youth soccer for the past eight years. He was the Select Director for Pawtucket Soccer for two years and co-founder of the Pawtucket Storm Elite Teams. During his tenure with Pawtucket, Joe has lead his teams to 2 State Titles, runner up twice and his teams have had numerous Tournament titles. Joe coached and ran the Boys Middle School Program at Wheeler Academy and also Heads up the boys team at St Raphael's High School Academy. He was also the Youth Academy Director, Head Coach of the Under 14/13 Boys & The Boys Director of the Mass Stingers. Coach Joe is well known as being a demanding coach during practices and training sessions and his philosophy of quick counterattacks & fast pace style makes his teams exciting to watch. Joe holds a USSF license and is Youth Soccer certified. Joe is also a member of NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America).
JOHN MELLO - John is a highly respected soccer person as both a player and coach. John Mello spent two seasons as an assistant men's soccer coach at Rhode Island College. Mello assisted Head Coach Len Mercurio with all phases of RIC's men's soccer program including scouting, recruiting, administering practices and game coaching. He was previously the Head Varsity Boys' Soccer Coach at Shea High School from 1997-2000. During Mello's tenure, the Raiders made it to the semi-finals of the Division II Rhode Island State Championships three times. Shea High School made it to the Rhode Island State finals in 1998, falling to Pilgrim High School. Mello was also the Head Varsity Boys' Soccer Coach at Seekonk High School from 1994-96. He inherited a program that was 0-18 in 1993 and brought it back to respectability. As a player, Mello starred at the University of Maine as a forward from 1987-90. He was All-New England as a senior in '90. He held the Black Bears single-season record for goals with 12 at the time of his graduation. He went on to play with the Rhode Island Stingrays of the United States Inter-regional Soccer League (USISL) and with the Academica Soccer Club of the Luso American Soccer Association (LASA) League. He earned his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Maine in 1991. He is originally from Bristol, Rhode Island and graduated from La Salle Academy in 1987. He was a four-time First Team All-Division selection, a two-time All-State selection and was All-New England as a senior in 1986. John Mello's U13 Northern Lightning team was the 2002 Regional Snickers Cup RI Champions.
